These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sprouty.ai application and website (collectively, the "Sprouty.ai app", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Sprouty. By accessing or using Sprouty.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Sprouty.ai is an AI-powered content creation and social media management platform. The Sprouty.ai app provides tools to generate, manage, and publish content across multiple social media platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and others) on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service to create or distribute spam, misleading, or harmful content
Violate any applicable laws or the terms of service of connected social media platforms
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform
Use the service for any illegal purpose

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create using our platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and publish your content as directed by you through the platform.

5. Social Media Accounts

When you connect social media accounts, you authorize us to publish content on your behalf. You can disconnect any account at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts or content.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI is based on data from your websites and brand configuration. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all AI-generated content is factually correct. You are responsible for reviewing content before publication.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
